What we do
- Spike well: a new spike well from €350; cleaning and repair depend on the job.
- Boreholes: from €65/m, equipment, cleaning, repair and decommissioning (plugging).
- Well cleaning: from €150, with disinfection.
- Well digging: new wells, deepening and repair.
- Water pump installation: submersible pumps, surface pumps, pressure tanks.
- Water treatment: iron removal, softening, reverse osmosis, UV.
- Water testing: sampling and an explanation of the results.
- Water supply system for a private house: from the source to the entry into the house.
We work with owners of private houses and summer houses, garden associations, owners of new builds and businesses that need their own borehole.
How we work
- You send a request In the form, you give your name, phone and address, then the service, when you need it and a short description. You can send the request online at any time.
- We contact you within 5 minutes After you submit the form, we contact you within 5 minutes and clarify the situation: what source there already is, how much water you need, where machinery can drive in.
- Site visit and price For a new source or a difficult repair, we inspect the spot. We start only when the price is known and you agree to it.
- The job and documents After the job, you receive a certificate of completed work. For a borehole, the drilling company prepares the borehole passport for approval by LVĢMC, and for a water test you receive the laboratory report.
Some jobs we do together with partners, specialised companies. We will tell you who will do the job when we contact you about the request. Water tests are done by an accredited laboratory; we take the sample, deliver it and explain the result.
How we set the price
We publish prices openly, and they match average market prices in Riga and the Riga region. A price with “from” is the starting point; the final sum depends on depth, soil, pipe material, pump, length of the pipe run and access. There are no fixed prices for well digging, spike well cleaning and repair, or borehole decommissioning, because cases differ too much. State fees, such as approval of the borehole passport by LVĢMC, are shown separately in the offer. All prices: prices.
What we do not do
- We do not promise that there will definitely be water, how much there will be or what its quality will be. That can only be known after drilling and testing.
- We do not choose a borehole spot by dowsing or “water veins”, because this method has no scientific support. We go by neighbouring sources and geological data.
- We do not offer a drinking water test without a laboratory, and we do not say water is drinkable without a test result.
- We do not recommend drilling your own source if there is a water main by the property and a connection would cost you less. How to compare: connecting to mains water.
Why only the form
For water source work, the price is set by details: the address, the depth and age of the existing source, the pump type, the problem, access. In a written request they do not get lost, and we can answer more precisely. After you submit the form, we contact you within 5 minutes, so everything can also be talked through.
